Confidentiality:

1. I agree that I will not disclose or reveal any Proprietary Information provided to me by Corbett Restaurant Group without the written consent of Corbett Restaurant Group.

2. I acknowledges that all information is from sources deemed reliable. Corbett Restaurant Group makes no warranty or representation, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy thereof and it is submitted subject to errors, omissions, changes and withdrawal. It is understood that this Agreement applies to any information previously supplied by Corbett Restaurant Group orally or in writing.

3. I agree that all negotiations for the purchase of these businesses shall be handled solely and exclusively through the office of Corbett Restaurant Group, and not with the seller directly, except as may be required by law.

4. I also agree not to contact the respective business owner(s), personnel, landlord, suppliers, customers or local town/city officials except through Corbett Restaurant Group.

Agency Disclosure:

Corbett Restaurant Group, represents the Seller in the marketing, negotiating and sale of the business and or property, unless otherwise disclosed. The Seller is the Client of Corbett Restaurant Group. The Buyer is the customer of Corbett Restaurant Group and the Broker/Salesperson has the ethical and legal obligation to show honesty and fairness to the Buyer in all transactions.
